The terms that govern our working relationship.
Last updated: March 2026
These terms govern your use of the Reserved Hospitality website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Reserved provides booking management services for hospitality properties including, but not limited to:
The specific services provided will be outlined in your individual service agreement upon onboarding.
All prices listed on our website are per property, exclude VAT, and are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days overdue.
Our management services operate on a rolling monthly basis. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. No exit fees apply. We believe in earning your business every month — not locking you in.
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
While we work to improve your booking performance using industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Results vary based on property type, location, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
We provide monthly performance reports so you can track progress transparently.
Content created by Reserved for your property — including listing copy, photography, and website content — remains your property once paid for. Our proprietary tools, processes, and strategies remain the property of Reserved Hospitality.
Reserved shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) to their algorithms, policies, or terms that may affect your listing performance.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of our working relationship. This includes business data, pricing strategies, and performance metrics.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
